Can you add Phoenician to the languages?

I want to add the Phoenician letters to my website.
One of the pages have Biblical scripts in it, and I also want the Paleo-Hebrew (also kown as Phoenician) into the texts.
It is possible to add Hebrew into my texts, but modern Hebrew letters is not the same as that of Ancient Biblical Hebrew or Phoenician.
Is it possible to add Ancient Hebrew and Phoenician to the language choises in texts and the text headings?
It will be much of a help, as I meed to add pictures to demonstrate the words in these ancient letters if the script is not available in WordPress.
The Unicode range have all these letters, as well as many other characters (like Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and many more), and it will be a great help if WordPress also provide for it.
