Can you build 3 Column row with the outer 2 fixed in Site Origin Pg Builder

    Hi…I have a 3 column page and I would like the two outer columns to remain fixed as I was going to put a image and button with icon to link to other pages in the site. The centre column is with text and is the only one I want move when scrolling. I’m trying to emulate https://jacksbarlondon.co.uk/ and the page associated with their drinks or food menu. I have been building a local site in Sydney have have been using Site Origin Page builder. Is this something that I can do?? Any assitance would be very much appreciated …thank you in advance…David
