Can you have a secondary domain pointed at a WordPress page without Multisite?
-
I have a website
example.com
and another website atexample.com/site2
.I have another domain I’d like to point at that second website. I want it to be set up so that if you you go to
site2.com
that it goes toexample.com/site2
, but you seesite2.com
in the address bar. And subpages of that site should look like this:site2.com/some-page
.I’ve seen tools like WordPress MU Domain Mapping, but It would be ideal for me to do this without WordPress Multisite since I’m in a time crunch right now, and I’ve never used Multisite and it would be a bit of work to learn it, split up the sites, etc.
The reason I nested these sites is so that they could share a store plugin, so separate installs won’t work either.
