Can you have menu items that are only icons with no text

  • From the documentation I read, only the purchased Pro menu plug-in allows the use of icons.

    I am thinking of buying the Pro version.

    However first I need to know will the Pro version display icons as menu items with no text. That is the the important point. I want a menu with just icons and no text.

    I just want a menu consisting of a horizonal row of icons. Having pop-up “tool-tips” on the icons would be nice as well.

    Hi Marisa,

    The free version comes with Dashicons, the Pro addon adds more icon options. There is a ‘hide text’ option for each menu item if you only want to display the icon.
