    Hello,
    on the dashboard of Advanced ads I have a message saying that the answers from the access is not good but the settings are ok in Adsense so I don’t understand why I receive this message please?

    I would like to send a screenshot but I can’t through this site, do you have an email where to send it please?

    It says (in french): Réponse re?ue non valide lors du renouvellement du jeton d’accès pour “pub-…” Vous pouvez essayer de vous connecter à nouveau sous Advanced Ads > Réglages > AdSense.

    But everything is good in the settings so why isn’t it working please?

    Hi Anne,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The message points to an issue with the connection between Advanced Ads and your AdSense account. Neither your ad setup nor AdSense account is affected here.

    Please navigate to Advanced Ads > Settings > AdSense and reconnect your account, so the message will disappear. If everything is fine for now and you want to deal with reconnecting your accounts later, you should find a close button on the message to remove it.
