Can you make me an editor to translate GP

Hi Tom & Leo,

I love your theme and your passion. I am thinking to help a bit to translate GP to Chinese(simplified), can you please make an editor?

I exported the unfinished language translation to my computer so I want to have a better understanding the context of the sentence, but I can’t find the language folder to put the po/mo file as other themes or plugins. It will be great to offer a way to use it before 100% finished.
