Can you make this multisite safe?

Guys,

great plugin but currently site adminstrators have acess to its functionality on multisite. Ideally this should only be super admins as site adminstrators could easily wrec their own site (maybe their own) by removing or adding cron jobs.

Can I suggest changing all cpability checks from manage_options to somthing like install_plugins?

This would not change the behaviour of the plugin on regukar installs but would make its use much safer on a multisite environement..
