PLease, I ask help, thank you

I’m also seeing the same thing. I only use this on a test site to evaluate instagram plugins. This one frequently breaks. And they are not quick to push fixes. I recommend Smash Balloon instead. It doesn’t have the carousel feature though in the free version, but it’s stable and has amazing support.

If you are using a business account it might be worth switching to a personal one to see if that makes a difference? I’m only still keeping an eye on it because I want to see proof that the access token refreshes automatically.

I was using Smash Balloon with Carousel, but they removed it. This plugin seems to be good, but unfortunately works only on backend. I hope they can fix it soon

Thanks for keep developing, I?ve updated to 3.1.5, same result. I can see in backend (theme settings/editor) but not in frontend.
I did what you asked, I’ve created a new article and I just past there [insta-gallery id=”1″], well it works.. I can see the carusel on this article and it works also the footer that it doesn’t work on normal pages. There is something that blocks it to run, maybe another plugin? Strange. Have a look

Another problem, if I select for example 20 pictures to display (not all together, just the quantity in carusel) I can see them, if I put 50 it shows only the first. 40 also not working, and the plugin editor becomes slower.. not more configurable. I need to refresh the page to edit and insert another value. When it is 20 there is no problem, maybe the plugin is overloading the site? Pretending to download all 50 pictures at the page load and there is a flood requests protection in the site?

    Hi @giovannig11
As I could test locally works fine, please share url or screenshot about the error you are getting.
    Also, debug as following:

Deactivate plugins one by one checking each time.
Switch to Storefront theme and test
Disable any custom scripts you might have.
This will tell us if there is some kind of incompatibility.
    regards
