    can you please privide me the code to hide the “HELP TAB” so that i can paste it to directly source code and please also let me know where should i paste it to remove it

    Is your said the HELP TAB to showing right top on admin screen?
    If yes, My WP Customize can hide it on My WP Customize admin setting screen.
    OR, I think you can hide it with CSS Code.
    e.g.) body.wp-admin #contextual-help-link-wrap { display: none; }
