If you’re the holder of the account, yes, it will display any public (or private, if customized) events, regardless of having an affiliate program or not. Hoever, it doesn’t handle posting referral codes or URLs for your affiliates; there’s currently no special treament of events for the sake of maximizing their affiliation program.
