Can you search for ticketnames or tags?

    PS: if I add a tag for tickets, let’s say I add the tag “preparation”, I get this: ?ticket-tag=preparation

    Nothing found with the tag “preparation”. My question: how is this possible?

    Research can only be done in the back-end, not on the front-end (for privacy reasons).

    The back-end search is simply the WordPress search function and it is not very advanced. You will find tickets by title or content but that’s all. We have plans to improve the search in the future.
