I would like to make my site user friendly for blind people, which means adding proper image descriptions in the alt-text. My problem is that this plugin appears to only allow the combination of title and alt-text as the same thing, leaving ugly excess text as a visible ‘title’. Is there an option I’m missing, or do I need to use another plugin for my gallery?

    Hi @guitarpenter,

Unfortunately, at the moment the title and alt are using the same field of text but I would be happy to add it as a feature request on your behalf ??

Because it has been a month or more since your last reply, I am going to mark this as resolved as I assume you have found a solution.

    Thanks!

    Hi Mihal

It would be great to have them separated in a future release. I agree it’s a bit ugly as is which generally means you have to choose.

    A. make it read well as a title “Turtle spotting Gili T”

    B. make it appropriate as alt text for the blind and SEO friendly but ugly “Turtle spotting Gili T (my keywords are here (10 things to do in Gili T and 1 don’t))

    Thanks,
    Jason
