Can you set start and end time for individual videos on mobile devices?

The description for this plugin states, “You can start and end each individual video at particular times.”

Will videos that I set a specific start and end time also work with those settings when watched on mobile devices?

I have another plugin that uses my specific start and end time settings that work perfectly when viewed on a computer but defaults to the original video’s start and end time settings when watched on mobile devices.
