Can you use more than one password per content area?

I have seen this asked a couple of times but cannot find where it was ever answered. Is it possible to have more than one password on a single content area? I have tried a couple of things to test and none seem to work.

Have a client that is somewhat adamant about using more than one password, so this is kind of a deal breaker for this plugin if we cannot figure it out.
