  • Tend to agree that the manner in which forums are laid out in WP doesn’t lend itself to plugins with a lot of activity.
    It’s just one long stream and Search produces even more rubbish that wastes a lot of time in finding value.

    There’s a particular issue I have with my theme and variations and there’s similar threads scattered all over the place on it.

    Would be great to better silo issues in some way.

    woothemes does have a dedicated support forum. you just have to pay a crap ton of money to use it.

    Does this dedicated forum has dedicated “woocommerce” subforum?

    no, is it linked into this forum it seems. Can someone from Woo team pls react on this. I find it very difficult to find support.

    I wouldn’t mind to buy something to get access to dedicated forum.
    After all support takes time and effort, no problem with that.

    I too agree that support takes a lot of time. I would gladly pay for better help. I cannot find any link to the premium support if they offer it. I only find their help section powered by UserVoice, I think it is.

    For some reason they was getting rid of the forums (i’m a paying member) an replaced them with tickets.

    A really bad move i think.
