can your plugin set price based on weekly day?

can your plugin set price based on weekly day? or can you add that features?
it would also be great to set a price expiration parameter in addition to the recurring day of the week. e.g.

I choose Monday and the price must change by a certain time or it has 15 minutes to return to the default parameter.
