Can your plugin support a multi approval process

Hi there,

Firstly thank you so much for creating these wonderful plugins.

So, my question:

Can your plugin help me achieve the following?

1) User makes a comment on a page/post
2) This needs to be approved by internal staff team
3) Any reply from the staff team needs ‘2’ people to approve the reply in order for it to go live. So there is an approval process required by 2 (not just 1 as standard) wordpress editiors.
