    Hi,

    The plugin uses the external programs Ghostscript and Imagemagick to convert PDFs to images.

    WP Engine likely restricts execution of those programs, hence, the errors.

    Please confirm with your hosting provider.

    Yes, it seems that WP Engine doesn’t support ghost script ??
