canada post discount rates

    Hi all
    I am with shopify at the moment and planning to migrate to Woocommerce. As a small business owner who is having an account with Canada post I get good discounts on shipping rates using ‘shopify shipping’. I want to know if we can get the same discounts being on woocommerce too, if so which plugin we need to use.
    Any info is greatly appreciated.
