Canada Post Shipping Premium Plugin Help

HI,

I just recently added the Canada Post Shipping Premium plugin to my website. When I go to WooCommerece > Settings > Canada Post I have the following checked:

Enable/Disable Enable/Disable Enable this option to turn on this shipping method.
ENABLED

Allow Letter Rate Shipping Allow Letter Rate Shipping Enable this option to turn on weight based letter rate shipping using stamps.
DISABLED

Entered Username and Password for API Production

Packing Method: Using Boxes Defined Below

Username Username
Entered Username
Production API User Name

Password Password
Entered Password
Production API Password

Postal Code Postal Code
Entered Postal
The postal code packages are shipped from. Fill this out if you want to ship parcels.

Packing Method Packing Method
Determines if you want to use weight based or boxes for shipping quotes.

Shipping Boxes
Height (cm) 20 Width (cm) 20 Length (cm) 20
Add Box Remove Checked Box(s) This grid only accept numbers and all fields are required on each row. Invalid rows will be removed when trying to save.

Allowable Shipping Methods: I have 4 options checked.

When I hit save, the shipping methods do not show on the website.

Any Ideas on why this is not working?
