Canadian Products Not Showing

  • I am trying to add products to my first post, which is shoes or “nike shoes” to be more specific. I am targeting Canada and I have the settings set to CA and I am using the CA information, as outlined by the pages your refer to in the “How to use wpzon” at the bottom of the plugin’s settings page.

    The shoes I want are on amazon.ca’s “sport & outdoors” category, but this category doesn’t have a sindex listed. So instead I am using the “All” sindex. I noticed in the amazon documents that the All sindex can’t make use of the “sort” value so I took it out of the equation and it still doesn’t show any products. Then I added the respective CA snode for Sports & Outdoors but the products still won’t show.

    I have tried every possible valid combination for the Canadian site but I can’t get the products to show up. The closest I’ve got was when I put a space at the end of the snode value by mistake and managed to get 10 separate “parse” errors on my post. When I fixed it, it went back to showing nothing at all.

    Amazon has made some changes recently and Sport & Outdoors is a subcategory now. It has been removed from the main category list and added to HealthPersonalCare.
    So the main category (sindex) is HealthPersonalCare and the subcategory (snode) is 2242990011, which is actually Sports & Outdoors. You can choose other snode values within Sports & Outdoors like, Exercise & Fitness (2406112011), Clothing (2450749011), Footwear (2432165011) etc.
