Cancel a subscription gives error

    I have to cancel a subscription from a client.

    However when I click on ‘annuleren’. I get ‘Je hebt geen toestemming om deze pagina te bekijken.’

    I am an admin with all rights.

    Please advice. Or is there another way I can cancel the subscription?
