    Hi,

    We are trying to delete / remove a reservation. When we do it clears on the website but stays on airbnb. If you go to our website you will see the dates near the end of june 2018. How can we get the canceled dated removed from aitbnb and our website?

    ** How can we give them a partial refund?
    When they cancel close to their date they get a percent back.
    When we delete it asks to give a refund, can we change the amount on that screen?

    Should refunds be done on your side or PayPal?
    If done on PayPal will your plugin be updated automatically?

    Do I need the pro version for this function?

    Hello,

    If you create a reservation on Airbnb, you should cancel it/remove it on Airbnb and it will update in the Pinpoint Calendar. If the reservation is create in Pinpoint and synced on Airbnb, removing it on Pinpoint will automatically remove it from Airbnb ( at the next sync).

    You can enable refunds in Calendar->Edit calendar payment gateways. Refunds can be partial or full refunds (you have to enable and configure it). When you cancel a client’s reservation it will automatically issue the refund.
    If you didn’t had this option enabled when the client made the reservation you will have to cancel the reservation and issue the refund on Paypal (it applies only to the reservations created from the moment you enabled the refunds).

    What I mentioned earlier works on both free and pro version.
