Cancel button not showing up on Donation History page

Hi,

We have the GiveWP Recurring Donations plugin installed in addition with the some other plugins from the Plus bundle. On the Donations History page we have a shortcode for the Subscriptions
( [give_subscriptions] ) embedded and we can’t get the cancel button that is supposed to show up under View Receipt to show up.
We have PayPal standard on so far and it is currently in Test Mode. Is this the reason why there isn’t a Cancel button?
