Cancel membership does not 'delete' user pages

When a membership is canceled, and you have used the ‘User Pages’ plugin (great plugin from PMPro BTW) to create a user page at checkout, that user generated page is not deleted or (at least) set to ‘Draft’ during cancelation. The user however is completely gone/deleted.
So, why not the user-specific pages?
Is there a way to do this?
