    I am writing about a “Social Feed Starter” subscription.
    I had canceled my subscription 1 year ago, as the plugin on the website was no longer working, and I had uninstalled it.

    On 25/05/2020 money for my subscription have been taken from my card, as usual. At that point, after paying, I deactivated the subscription and received a confirmation email.

    According to that email, in the day of TODAY, my subscription should have been expired WITHOUT tacit renewal.

    Instead today I received the a new payment notification, again, and there is no trace of the cancellation I made a year ago.
    I unsubscribed again, and currently I have received another confirmation email, IDENTICAL to last year’s one, indicating that the subscription will end in 2022.

    How can I be sure that my subscription has been truely deactivated and that I will NOT have new charges in the future?

    Moreover, to be fair, I should be refunded for today fee, as I had already canceled the subscription 1 year ago, and the plugin has not been active on my site since more than 1 year!

    I kindly ask for feedback.
