cancel order by customer

  • Hi!
    Your plagin is great, we tried a free version.
    But we have 1 question.
    Could you tell us – how can our customers, who have booked a place, cancel order by youself?
    Maybe you can give us some advice.
    We want to give a ‘url to cancel’ in email, wich they recieved. But we don’t know how…

    Hi,

    Unfortunately this is not possible currently.
    As a possible solution: they can contact administrator and ask to cancel booking or refund money.
