Cancel paid subscription

    I am working on a clients website. They used to have a paid UpdraftPlus account but no longer need the paid version.

    UpdraftPlus continues to work fine but:
    – I can no longer update the plugin
    – How can I get rid of the message: Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.

    Hi,

    You can de-install the current plugin and install the version here on www.ads-software.com. That should remove the renewal message. You will also not lose the backup in the process.
