    Hi,
    In version 1.0.3 I changed the order status to the “Pending”, so it does not show in the sales report. After one hour if the payment does not through, it automatically changes the status to “Cancelled”.
    This change made some users of the plugin to complain, so in the version of 1.0.4, I changed the order status to “On Hold”. On-hold orders does not turn to “Cancelled”, unless you do this manually.

    Hi
    i am again rephrasing my question. what i need to know is that if a client on my website makes inter-ac transfer and then subsequently cancels it. then once the payment is cancelled where will i receive the notification of cancellation on which email id..
    will it come on the admin email id or i can set a custom email id to receive the notifications from inter-ac.

    Hi,
    The only way to see if Inter-ac transactions are completed or cancelled, is the time. You have to wait to see if they really pay or not.
    If a customer does not pay in a certain time, you can cancel the order in the back-end.
    You can set the email account for Inter-ac pay, in the description part of Email-Money-Transfer gateway in Woocommerce settings:
    Woocommerce->Settings->Checkout->email-money-transfer
    You can find more about the plugin in the repository.
    But if a customer does not want to pay by Interac, there is no way to send an email about that.
