    Hi, after the customer has booked an activity and paid using Woocommerce the activity appears in the orders section on the My Account page. Is there a way to remove the Cancel and Refund buttons? I have tried switching off the option under Cancellations but this doesn’t seem to do anything. Thanks

    Hello,

    It’s actually working, but not for administrators. Administrators bypass all permissions, that’s why the buttons always appear to them.

    Try to log in as a customer to test these options.

    I’m sorry that’s my mistake. You are right, it does work with a customer account. I was looking at it using an admin account.
