Cancel / removed appointment but time still shows blocked

    I’m trying this plugin again (want it to work cuz it’s great)

    I was doing a test and removed a canceled appointment but it’s still showing the time as blocked / unavailable..? In fact it’s still showing the whole day as unavailable… (fyi: the appointment was later on the same date as the actual day so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it or not…)

    So there a way to cancel and have the time slot or day become available again??

    How are you doing today?

    Are these paid appointments, how are you canceling them? As a user from the profile or as an admin from the backend?

    No we are not making them pay for the appointments, just schedule. I was doing it from the backend.

    (not for this thread but still can’t get it to work from Android phones so don’t know if I can use it anyway ?? )

    I remember that thread, and the email you’ve sent us. If I remember correctly we did test this on multiple android phones including the ones you’re using and didn’t have any issues on your site, so I’m not sure what else we could do on that one ??

    If you want to troubleshoot this further please post screenshots of your appointment time settings. You can find them in Appointments -> Settings -> Time Settings.
