    I received this message from Stripe due to the payment processor not functioning on my donation page.

    “I just would like to touch base with you on the issue that you’ve raised via chat earlier regarding an error in processing a payment.

    As already mentioned, there was an error with the URL. You can also validate the error directly from your dashboard under the “response body section” using the link below:

    Saying this, it looks like this error occured because the cancel URL specified is not a valid URL. I suggest you provide the correct “cancel URL” for this. Please reach out your website creator– GiveWP to update this.

    Hi @mrwilds

    Glad you reached out here.

    Our plugin does not generate a “Cancel URL” but I noticed that you are using another Stripe payments plugin. If you deactivate it, does the problem persist?

    Also, have you set up all GiveWP required pages under Donations -> Settings -> General? (Sucess Page, Failed Donation Page, Donation History Page).

    Yes I set up everything. I will try to deactivate the other plugin and see what happens.

    Thanks for reaching out. I deactivated the other plugin. I’m still experiencing the same problem. It shows that my account cannot take live charges.

    Hey @mrwilds,

    So it means that your Stripe account is still not active. You need to navigate to Stripe’s dashboard and activate your account there, so you can receive live donations.

    Possibly you’ll need to send them documents and they will activate your account. After that, you’ll need to connect your Stripe account under Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > Stripe
