Canceled order mail

    Does not this program send out a mail to the customer if an order is canceled?

    I as the admin get the mail but in 99% of the cases, I’m the one who cancels the order because of a none paying customer.

    A reminder of an unpaid order would also be a nice feature I think.

    Thanks for reaching out! The purpose of the WP Mail SMTP plugin is to deliver your website email notifications using an authenticated email account, so you will have a better chance to deliver your email notifications to the recipient without getting them flagged as SPAM.

    Email notifications should be configured through the respective plugin. For example, if you’re using WooCommerce, please check their documentation on how to set up your order notification emails, including cancellation notifications.
