Canceled orders show as purchase

    Hi there,

    I recently noticed that Notification X shows canceled orders as if they were purchased, which is quite weird of course.

    Did I put incorrect settings somewhere or is this a mistake in the plugin?

    Hi, Tom. First of all, I am really sorry for the delayed response. Not sure how I missed this post. Regardless, I have tried to reproduce this issue with Cancelled order but canceled orders aren’t showing in my sales notification as expected.

    Anyways, you can try doing this following: Re-generate your notification by following this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/QKNmw7

    Also, make sure to clear your cache if you are using any caching plugin on your website. Afterward, check back and it should be working fine.

    Hi rafinkhan,

    No problem at all! And I’ll give it a shot with the re-generating button. For now I can’t check if it helped, as the person who first cancelled continued their purchase through the ‘cart abandonment’ plugin.

    I’ll have to wait until someone cancels again before making the payment.
