Canceling the vendor's commission

    Hello,
    I desperately seeking how to cancel the commission of a vendor if the product sold was returned and refunded after purchase …

    If I refund the item, the commission still appears in the seller dashboard and in the table of commissions.

    Would you have a solution please?

    You might benefit from reading the setup guides @ https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/

    1.) Manual way – wp-admin > WooCommerce > Commissions > choose the commision and reverse it.

    2.) Automatic way – Just mark the order as cancelled or refunded and the commissions auto update.
