    Hi Jack,
    This is a feature of the Professional extension, we call this a ‘Credit Note’ but it’s the same thing. It does require you to create a refund for the order though, so that the cancellation is stored separately from the original order (internally). If you do a manual refund you can avoid actually paying back if the customer didn’t pay anything, so that shouldn’t be an issue.
