Cancellation of an order

    Hello, ?
    If a customer is paying with the gift card but wants to get the order refunded, a refund of the order is not possible. Is there a setting where I can change it???
    What I have managed to do so far is to cancel the invoice but the paid amount is not paid back to the gift card. Also the quantity in stock is still reduced by the amount chosen by customer.??

    The gift card balance will be automatically refunded to the gift card when an order status changes to Cancelled, Refunded, or Failed.
