cancellation request notification to the customer

  • I want the client to be notified, too., When request cancellation of the request, how can someone help me?

    Hi, when customer raise request for cancellation admin/shop keeper will receive email notification.
    and when admin/shop keeper will take action on request, like if he accept request or not customer will get email notification.

    But i’m not sure what’s your requirement.
