    Hi ??

    when i cancel a order the values which will be send back is without the giftcard value. But only the by the giftcard reduced price should be transfert.

    How can this be solved?

    When an order status changes to Cancelled or Refunded, the gift card balance will be automatically refunded to the gift card. For partial refunds, you need to manually apply the balance back to the gift card.

    To do this, click on the gift card number in the Order and then click the “Adjust Balance” button. Enter the amount that should be returned to the gift card.

    In a future release we plan to make this automatic whenever a gift card has paid for 100% of the order. In cases where the gift card did not pay for the full balance, the process would still be manual to account for refunding to the other payment source.
