Cancelled my domain

As long as you didn’t cancel your hosting service, then you can retrieve your website’s files and database. Contact your hosting providers.

I cancelled my account with them, so think I would have difficultly getting it back, I was just wondering as I made the site through www.ads-software.com if there was anyway way I could access it?
I tried my hosting company and they will give it back to me only if i restore my site which I can’t afford.
I have already tried wordpress.com they told me to come on here aha

www.ads-software.com distributes and documents the WordPress application but has no connection with any site running that software. So we do not have any information relating to your site. Sorry ??

Ah no worries, I’ll have to buy it back from them when I have some money again, should of just backed it up really, my fault I’m afraid!

You may not be able to get onto your site by typing the URL in your browser (because you cancelled your domain name), but your hosting providers should still be able to provide your with your website’s files.

Yes, but I can acces my site still but it is one that a made ages ago using a drag and drop tool on the hosting site. When I try and access my wordpress site through wordpress it doesn’t let me login?

I have in the process of talking to them but just seemed to get passed from one guy to the next, just seems odd that can’t just get on my old wordpress site it was only closed for 1day

yea the domain name is registered through them they are trying to sort it out as we speak but don’t have much faith in them
