    If a customer cancels an order, will their earned points also be cancelled automatically in the PRO version? In the free edition I cannot change the points that a customer has, and when the customers cancels an order their points are not automatically removed in the free version.

    Hello,

    In the Pro Version, you have the option to attribute points only when the order reaches the “Complete” status (instead of “Processing” by default). This status is a manual operation that you perform when you send the order.
    With that feature, the customer who cancels an order never earns the loyalty points.

    However, in the free version, you have the possibility to remove the points manually.

    • Go to WooRewards → Customers
    • Look for the customer using the search fields
    • Check the box on the customer’s line
    • Enter the amount of points you want to withdraw with the minus sign before (ex: -10)
    • Click on Apply

    It will remove the desired points from you customer.
