    When customers make purchases using this payment gateway, some orders show “pending payment” then the payment “times out” and the order is cancelled. I am losing orders. Can anyone suggest another paypal payment gateway for woocommerce??

    Hi @richardkent001,

    Orders in pending payment are the orders that users most likely abandoned from the PayPal checkout out page. Once the user clicks proceed to PayPal from your site, a pending payment order will be created and if the user closes the PayPal window due to any reasons, the order will remain in pending or if he/she cancels the order from PayPal page, it will be moved to canceled status.

    Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I cam getting complaints from customers that are getting payment errors. “An error occurred. We were unable to process your order, please try again”.

    Please share your paypal error logs from Woocommerce > Status > Logs(Eh-paypal logs).

    Also make sure to remove sensitive data from your log,
    such as emails, cookies, payment tokens, secret keys …

    We checked your logs and site and identified that a plugin installed in the site(Pricing Deals for WooCommerce) is altering the round off value which leads to a order total mismatch error.

    We will be optimising the plugin to handle such mismatches in coming release.

    Hi there, yes we have had a few of these recently too.

    I managed to replicate it by clicking the PayPal window open and then closing before completing the checkout.

    Then I simply closed the browser window and when I checked the dashboard the order was there but without any customer details, obviously I guess.

    Earlier we had a customer with 4 x *Pending payment* before he completed. I could tell by the products he had ordered. I’m just hoping he simply got a bit confused before he committed in PayPal.

    Hi,

    This error is still occurring. Some sort of rounding error so that there is a payment mismatch between the cart and order amount. Requested amount is $132.95 but the system thinks the amount is $132.96. Here is the log:

    I was told your payment gateway would be updated to be more robust so it can handle these case.

    We have fixed the order total mismatch issue in the latest update of the plugin. Please update and check.
