• This is a great plugin.

    I am having an issue. When an order is cancelled from the Pending Payment status in the backend, the stock is not being re-added. I have tried all the settings combinations.

    Items are restocking if I cancel from the complete status.

    This is tricky as most of our cancelled orders are coming from Pending Payment status.

    Is this something you can replicate?

    Thank you for your comprehensive reply. Really appreicated.

    I can confirm the way you are doing it works correctly. What isn’t working is when you create the order manually in the backend. It isn’t restocked when cancelled if the order is created manually for me. Are you seeing the same thing?

    Hi, @naresh11381,

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

    Please update the plugin to the latest v1.7.1. Then go to “WooCommerce > Settings > Stock Triggers > Admin” and set the “Admin new order” option to “Maybe decrease”. Now, orders by admin should restore the stock when canceled.
