cancelled orders still get a subscription without paying?

    Hi there,

    We use WC-AC hook to connect Woocommerce and activecampagn but something weird happens:
    When people cancel an order payment they still receive the mail with there subscription even though they did not pay..
    How can we fix this?

    Ok, can you tell me what more information you need?

    People order this subscription (mailing through active campaign), last minute they cancel payment but still get the mail subscription throughout active campaign while they did not pay.
