• When a customer cancels an order (be it via paypal or a credit card issue), the order is still being sent to Shipworks and therefore getting processed.
    How can we stop this from moving forward if the order is cancelled?

    Hello,

    All orders are send to Shipworks, for this order Shipworks will reconize the modification and modify the status as Cancelled. You can add a filter on Shipworks so you don’t see canceled order
