Cancelling Astra Pro subscription – Customer Service not responding??

Hi folks,
I bought Astra Pro a few days ago and realised that it’s not what I understood it to be from their website. I have sent a ticket and two emails asking them to cancel my subscription.
I received replies regarding two other tickets I sent regarding help with customisation, but haven’t received any response regarding my wish to cancel and receive my refund – I am under the impression that they are ignoring my requests.
Has anyone else experienced difficulty/lack of support while wanting to cancel their Astra Pro subscription??
