Cannoct activate multilanguage

Hi,
I am trying to setup the chat to be displayed in the right language on our multilingual website (with subdirectories option) and according to this thread:

I understand I need to paste some code where it “Enter optional API code” the problem is I cannot find this option anywhere.

I have installed the chat plugin and Scripts and Styles too, I see lots of otions but none seems to be for multilingual.
