Cannot able to add answer (‘+’ not working) in poll option from mobile phone

    Using the poll maker i can able to create poll and post it to my website from my desktop.
    when i trying to create poll from my mobile i cannot able to add more options to question from my mobile, ie. Add answer “+ symbol” is not working in mobile phones.

    kindly resolve this issue…

    We have tested your mentioned functionality with mobile device and it works fine.

    So it seems there is a conflict with other plugins or theme.

    Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins and check whether the problem persists.
    Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website and see if the issue occurs.

    i tried again but it is not working.

    Also i’m creating polls inside your poll maker plugin then how come it will related to theme or other plugin issues?

    I have mentioned that the ‘+’ option is working in desktop, not working in mobile phones.

    Kindly take a look and resolve the issue.

    We have tested your mentioned functionality and it works perfectly on mobile devices (IOS and Android).

    Of course, there can be a Javascript conflict with your theme or plugin.
    It is a very common issue in WordPress.

    So, please make troubleshooting and let us know about the results.
