We are a small team and it’s challenging to keep up with requests on multiple channels and for multiple plugins… that’s why we are streamlining ALL support requests through one place, our official website. We have received your ticket and our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Australian Eastern Time (AEST/AEDT, which is GMT +10/+11 respectively). Although we strive to respond to all queries within 1 business day, our actual response times may vary from time to time depending on the number of tickets we have, as well as how advanced or technical your query is.
