I have installed the plugin, can access its adminstrative pages and created an achievement, yet I am unable to view the Achievements page.

WordPress has been installed to a subdirectory (“wp”) of the website’s root.

Per the installation direction “…you’ll need to add a new item for it to your site’s navigation menu.”, I have added two menu links (as can be seen at delvers.org):

    https://delvers.org/achievements/
    and
    https://delvers.org/wp/achievements/

Yet, both result in 404 errors.

I’ve scraped and searched the entire collection of 407 support topics for Achievements, but found no mention of any adjustments required for a non-root WP installation.

    Help! TIA.

Interesting. I note you not using “pretty” permalinks. e.g. I see links like https://delvers.org/wp/?p=25

Go to wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks, pick one of the options other than “Default”, and hit save. Then try the links again.

    Thank you Paul.

I choose the Post Name option under Settings > General > Permalink Settings.

At first, all the links failed. Then I aligned Settings > General > General Settings > WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) to https://delvers.org/wp, and all links resolved with the formerly busted https://delvers.org/wp/achievements/ working as hoped.

Here’s a toast to you and your fine plugin. Looking forward to continuing my configuration on the morrow.

    Neato! Thanks.

The plugin ought to work with default permalink configuration but there’s clearly a bug somewhere, so I made a report to investigate at some point in the future: https://github.com/paulgibbs/achievements/issues/138

The home URL vs site URL mismatch sounds to have been a bigger configuration problem, so happy that you’ve got it all to work.
